Week 6 (30th Dec 2024 - 5th Jan 2025)

This week was all about staying consistent, taking on responsibilities, and enjoying time with friends.

What I accomplished:

  • Stayed consistent with gym and diet.
  • Took on a good amount of tasks at work to stay busy for the month ahead.
  • Went on a day out with friends.
  • Celebrated New Year's Eve virtually on Discord with friends

Lifestyle updates:

Good:

  • Maintained fitness and proactively planned work tasks.
  • Enjoyed quality time with friends in-person and online.

Bad:

  • Couldn't practice Japanese much this week—need to refocus on it.

A solid start to 2025—planning to build on this momentum in the coming weeks!
