Week 8 (13th Jan - 19th Jan 2025)

This week was focused on work, but I managed to maintain balance with some progress in other areas.

What I accomplished:

  • Hit the gym twice.
  • Stayed busy with office work.
  • Kept diet and sleep on track.
  • Set up notifications for my home lab using ntfy.
  • Spent the weekend with friends playing Tekken and eating noodles.

Lifestyle updates:

Good:

  • Maintained healthy habits despite a busy schedule.
  • Got my home lab notifications sorted—a small but satisfying win.

Bad:

  • Need to work on getting back to my regular gym routine.
  • Diet and sleep need fixing

A slower week overall but still managed to stay productive and balanced.
