Week 9 (20th Jan - 26th Jan 2025)

A mix of work, fun, and staying on track with health habits.

What I accomplished:

  • Took up new work responsibilities.
  • Finally booked Interstellar IMAX tickets—can't wait!
  • Gym visits were low, but diet stayed on track.
  • Sleep schedule remains solid.
  • Started playing Horizon Zero Dawn.
  • Went out with friends over the weekend.

Lifestyle updates:

Good:

  • Balancing work and fun well.
  • Diet and sleep consistency are paying off.

Bad:

  • Need to make more time for the gym.
  • Diet and sleep need fixing

A slower week overall but still managed to stay productive and balanced.
